PEXA announces appointment of new Director to the Board

 

PEXA Group Chairman Alan Cameron is pleased to announce the appointment of Janine Rolfe as a new Director to the Board of the PEXA Group holding company with immediate effect. 

An exceptionally credentialled senior executive, Ms Rolfe joins the Board with more than 20 years’ experience in legal and executive roles including her current post as General Counsel and Joint Company Secretary at Link Group.

Prior to this, Ms Rolfe established Company Matters, a wholly owned subsidiary of Link Group. She has also served as company secretary and legal counsel at Qantas Airways Limited and solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons).

Ms Rolfe holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney.

“Janine has had a distinguished career and is an outstanding addition to our Board,” Chairman Alan Cameron said. “She brings great depth of experience along with a sound understanding of the legal industry and we look forward to her contribution”.

Andrew MacLachlan has also joined the Board as an Alternate Director.

Currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Link Group, Mr MacLachlan is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years’ experience in finance roles including as CFO at both Fero Group Ltd and Evans and Tate Limited and senior roles at Singtel Optus and KPMG.

Mr MacLachlan is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and has a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting and Finance) from Macquarie University.
