We’ve partnered with GoodCompany to connect our employees with more than 1,500 not-for-profit organisations on their workplace giving platform, and bring the PEXA Give Back Program to life. The program incorporates our collective impact across volunteering, fundraising, and donations under one initiative. Teams can give back to the community in ways which means most to them.    

PEXA has granted $300,000 to Homes for Homes between 2021 and 2023.

That’s why our ‘Wellness Days’ are designed to help our employees hit the reset button, on their own terms.  

Our employees are able to take a paid day off once a month, escaping the hustle of their daily routines to fill it with moments that make them feel refreshed and ready for the next challenge.  

We love sharing and listening to the unique Wellness Day stories. For Tim, Wellness Days mean more time spent bouldering, an opportunity to exercise both his mind and body, elevating his heart rate while problem-solving how to scale to the top of the rock wall.
